I have the Crossrope app open on my phone to track skips and JRD app on iPad. To be honest, I don’t always track skips. Normally I just roll with the JRD app and follow along.

Day 1 not so bad. I probably should drop the weight of the dumbbell - was fine for rounds 1 - 3 but started to feel it the last two rounds

Would a monthly live class be of any interest? If monthly doesn’t work then maybe a couple of times throughout the year. Could be one of the monthly challenge workouts or just a random workout - could be fun.

I now have these and the AMP handles. I find for the 1/4lb and 1/2lb these work and feel better. Easier to grip and smoother on the lighter ropes.

I use Whoop but it feeds into Apple Fitness

New member to the app. Question on the summer shred challenge. Do I just click on day 1 on July 1st or do I need to a join the challenge somehow to be included? Also, do I need to add it to the calendar? Thanks for the feedback.
