Managed to do a few 35 to 40 reps on 1lb (normal jump), yay me!

Humidity here in Asia is nuts at the moment... Sluggish and really do not want to get out of bed

Gona start W2D1 tmr (hopefully!)

Repeat the same workouts for 1mth

Nice work!

Slow n steady wins the race!

For me, I'm not athletic at all so the 1lb kinda "murdered" my shoulders on days 1 and 2

So i decides swopped it out with 1/2lb n slowly work my way up to 1lb eventually

Overall, I'm loving this programme, and it's truly a challenge for me

Mabbe I'm masochist afterall 😁

I feel u, man... I was so lazy today... Haha
