Nice work!

Slow n steady wins the race!

For me, I'm not athletic at all so the 1lb kinda "murdered" my shoulders on days 1 and 2

So i decides swopped it out with 1/2lb n slowly work my way up to 1lb eventually

Overall, I'm loving this programme, and it's truly a challenge for me

Mabbe I'm masochist afterall 😁

I feel u, man... I was so lazy today... Haha

I couldn't even do more than 35 skips with 1lb

Day 3 done!

Did 1lb twice since i don't have a 2lb, and woah! Shoulders on fire!

Days 1 and 2 DONE!

Day 1: exhausting but woah, so much fun!

Day 2: shoulders burnt man! Couldn't do many reps for 1lb, at most 35... Gona keep training this!
