Hey all- accountability post time!
Coming back to jump rope after a year or so off and just lifting heavy + gymnastics rings. I really missed jump rope (especially JRD workouts) and gained some body fat/lost my cardio and lung capacity. Years ago I lost over 50lb jumping rope and 18/6 intermittent fasting. I need to (and am aiming to) lose about the same amount again!
W1D1 of the new calisthenics 4 week program done, and it feels great to be skipping again. Hurt so good, but I missed this! Glad to be back!

When I used to travel more for work Iād wear athletic polos to work and then just work out in those at the end of the day. Shorts Iād wear a few times and just let them dry out between workouts. Not as ideal but helped cut down on what I had to pack.
