When I used to travel more for work I’d wear athletic polos to work and then just work out in those at the end of the day. Shorts I’d wear a few times and just let them dry out between workouts. Not as ideal but helped cut down on what I had to pack.

I think Crossrope has a lifetime warranty on handles. You may be able to get new ones at no/little cost.
