JR/DB Month 2-WEEK 1 for the win! I’ve now been in a slight calorie deficit for five weeks while prioritizing protein and overall good food. Keeping it at 70/30 to keep sane, But so far I’m feeling really psyched about my results. Thank you to the community for the likes and motivational comments. You’re all looking pretty great yourself. Let’s come out of winter ripped up!

Month 1 of Jump Rope Dumbbell done! I’m down 6 pounds for the month and NEVER thought I’d be able to do 100 push ups in a day, let alone in 20 minute. I’m exited for month two and the continued changes to my mind, body and health.

JR/DB Week 3 in the books! 100 push ups this week! 20 sets of 5, I’ll take it. I’m really starting to feel the cardio benifits when MTN biking. Moving from 10 to 15 pound DB’s next week. Week 4, get some!

JR/DB Week 2 Complete! 70 knee push ups last week went to 85 regular in sets of 5 this week. Feeling really accomplished to have completed two weeks! Week 3, Let’s Go!
