Started today! W1D1 done… last interval used the WOD jumprope black one, what a different rope. Wanted to try it, as this one is shorter in size than my other ropes . Like it! Lets see how I feel after 3 months!

Btw I joined end of last year, 55 years old female, Dutch. Goals is to get more lean and mean, get a regular routine of jumping almost every day around 30 minutes or so. This Will complement my other sports activities (padel,jumping on rebounder, indoor rowing and ecliptical). Cant want to see what progress I can make to turn a bit of fat and get a more toned body.
