DB program, M2W1D3 done and I really liked it. Took my speed performance Rope 6 zo , like the feeling of those rooes. Just gives me a great feeling where the Rope is whip jumping!

Currently using 1/4, 1/2 and sometimes 1 lbs, hope I can progress more towards heavier ropes in a couple of months! Eying the crossrope heavy speed ropes at the crossrope website…. What are your favourite ropes?

Quick question. I have used the Crossrope app before, but not currently as I follow the JRD now. Anyone can recommend a free couting app for my jumps ? Would like to know how much skips I am doing. Crossrope counting is behind the pay walkl unfortunately. Any suggestions welcome!

So just started again after I got a bad flu, business travel and pains on my Achilles tendon. Decided to buy the ropeless as well, with a nice coupon from JRD! I think these can be usefull for working on the technique and when travelling. Anyone using ropeless as well? Curious to know why and how you blend those in with your workouts ✌🏻

But nice to get the first workout done again, month 2, W1D1 dumbell program.

Into week 4 dumbbell program….. and I had a good day! I watched some vids on how to stop tripping, and noticed that my hands were drifting a bit and my wrist not really turning enough. So I did trip a couple of times today but way less ✌🏻, now keep practicing to further improve.
Like the program a lot!

Just something I want to share with you guys. I use my bellicon rebounder (medium size , 112cm diameter) for warming up and cooling down along with my jump program. Even 10 minutes a day will support your overall health. Apart from warmup and cool down, you can do a ton of other excersizes that will improve your strength and fitness level. The cool thing about it, you can easily do it with the jump rope workout ! One tip, buy a good quality rebounder, not a cheap crappy one.

Early start of the week, W3D1 dumbbell , really like this workout. And if you like it, easy to follow along and stick to the habit 😉

W2 dumbbell done, wow those 100 push ups were killing me. I am doing them from the knees, as it is to hard to do so many in regular position. BUT it feels like it is getting easier to go through, so I guess I am making progress!

Love the variety of jumping and weights. Taking a days rest tomorrow, do some padel training instead and the week 3 here I come.

Keep doing the thing!

Week 2 of the dumbbell program is progressing, feeling good. And this is the equipment I am using. I am switching between 1/4 rope and 5 oz WOD rope. Last one gives a complete other experience. Also using Ybells. For now doing my excersises with 7lb ones, but the 9lbs are waiting when ready for it. Let’s goooo!
