I think I would be tempted to carry on from where you left off BUT maybe just do half a session at a time dependant on how you feel... at least you will feel like you are making progress rather than starting again. Good luck

Hi, thanks Joe... I must say the crossrope does get great reviews. You're right about the mat too, plus it'll be better for the knees πŸ˜‚

πŸ˜‚... What a coincidence... I can certainly feel the extra weight in my shoulders with this oneΒ πŸ’ͺπŸ˜†

Mine has arrived today!!! Just had a quick test... Already impressed.... Looking forward to today's session πŸ‘

Hi Aletta, thank you for your feedback... I've spent ages on the crossrope website, finally chose the ropes I wanted but then became impatient with the shipping time up to 13 days to UK... 🀣 I ended up back on amazon... I'll give this amazon version of a 1/4lb a go when it arrives tomorrow but if I'm not convinced I'll definitely go back to the crossrope site and invest πŸ™Œ

How exciting to be in TV 😁... I totally agree rest is such a vital part of training, it can be hard to separate rest from being lazy... I think that's a generation thing. You keep listening to your body... And take ask the rest you need xx

I'm a wine lover too and I can go for weeks without any but then once a bottle is open I feel like I need to finish it πŸ˜‚ I think it's because I feel guilty drinking it so want to drink it all then start a fresh but this is such a negative approach. For me the key was to reframe my thinking to allow myself to have wine (changed my glass to a smaller one though) and just enjoying the one or two glasses instead of the whole bottle. If you enjoy wine, why not it keep it as a treat, you'll soon see results in your weight when you do cut down.
