Hi, why don't you try the my fitness app to help track your eating, including calories, macros and nutrients. There is a free option or a paid subscription. I've recently updated the premium version so I have access to recipes but if you're serious about tracking your nutrition I do recommend it.

I'm thinking the same thing π about to start month 3 of dumbbell... Should I just 'skip' this in favour of the heavy rope... I'm tempted.
