I'm thinking the same thing πŸ˜€ about to start month 3 of dumbbell... Should I just 'skip' this in favour of the heavy rope... I'm tempted.

Hi, why don't you try the my fitness app to help track your eating, including calories, macros and nutrients. There is a free option or a paid subscription. I've recently updated the premium version so I have access to recipes but if you're serious about tracking your nutrition I do recommend it.

Hi everyone πŸ˜€

My name is Abby, I'm from the UK living in Preston, England.

I recently changed careers (again) from teaching primary school to working on trains... I also have a military background... but my new role means I have a lot more time to do the things I enjoy.

Fitness had always been a priority for me but now, instead of squeezing it into my busy day as a necessity, I have more time and freedom to have more fun - hence JRD.

I've learnt that nutrition is my downfall to progression, I'm healthy and fit but I do have bad habits that I'm slowly changing. JRD keeps me motivated to do this so I can be even more healthy and fit. I love seeing how people progress as well as the honesty and realness of the community.

Love the variety of excercise options and feeling empowered πŸ‘Š

Yeah πŸ˜„ my second 4000 jumps - month 2 day 4 of the dumbbell and jump program. I love this session. Really happy to see progress in a short space of time too πŸ‘Š

Welcome back πŸ˜€ Great to hear that you are ready to train again, taking time off when your injured is soooooo frustrating.

Thank you Kurt for taking the time to share your journey. It keeps me motivated to see and hear real people progressing. Well done on your achievements so far and good luck for the future πŸ‘Š

It's certainly been something I've needed to build up to. I did really enjoy it though.

David Chung David you are so right... I'm hoping that I'm over the tendonitis now but I'm really conscious not too ignore the warning signs. I'm also doing loads of foot stretches which has turned into a family affair and has been very funny to see who can do what with their toes πŸ˜‚

Hi welcome 😁 glad you are enjoying. I'm also quite new to JRD and really enjoy the workouts especially the flexibility of being able to work out hard anywhereπŸ‘Š
