Just completed my first 4000 jumps on month 2 day 4 of the dumbbell and jump rope 90 day program. I have had a short break, a touch of tendonitis I think, but my JRD mat arrived today so that should help with my very tired, overworked feet ๐ฌ๐ง

For me it's drinking alcohol too often,which then leads to snacking. But it's not everyday...probably 2/3 times a month.. I just know I'm undoing a lot of good work when I do drink.
