For me it's drinking alcohol too often, which then leads to snacking. But it's not everyday...probably 2/3 times a month.. I just know I'm undoing a lot of good work when I do drink.

Just completed my first 4000 jumps on month 2 day 4 of the dumbbell and jump rope 90 day program. I have had a short break, a touch of tendonitis I think, but my JRD mat arrived today so that should help with my very tired, overworked feet ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง

Good results, did you make many changes to your diet to get these results or is it mostly the jumping?

Hi, just curious as I'm quite new here and have been a regular at the gym for a few years... are you training jump rope and hitting the gym simultaneously? I'm not sure wether to concentrate just on jump rope workouts or a combination of the two or to prioritise jump rope perhaps add the gym as an extra... Or just miss the gym altogether.

My goal is to complete the 90 day jump and dumbell program in as close to 90 days as I can... I'm on day 1 5 today. Trying to balance training whilst working irregular shifts is the biggest obstacle. Early morning starts are a killer for me, by the time I've finished work I feel like I have no energy left. I will motivate myself daily though ๐Ÿ’ช and keep doing the thing ๐Ÿ˜‰
