Yeah 😄 my second 4000 jumps - month 2 day 4 of the dumbbell and jump program. I love this session. Really happy to see progress in a short space of time too 👊

Just completed my first 4000 jumps on month 2 day 4 of the dumbbell and jump rope 90 day program. I have had a short break, a touch of tendonitis I think, but my JRD mat arrived today so that should help with my very tired, overworked feet 🇬🇧

So I'm a new comer to JRD, I've done 7 work outs following the jump and dumbell routine, I've not been able to jump everyday but most days... anyway, I'm noticing changes to my body already... I'm generally cardio fit but the little muscles that this targets in the upper body is phenomenal and it is great and to see results so quickly - it's really motivational, super impressed. I'm probably about to ruin a lot of my good work now by going out for tea 😀I know I'll over indulge but at least I've done some good work before hand. Have a great weekend everyone

Hi all, I'm just getting going and loving jumping... What ropes do people use? I just have a cheap none weighted one and I have another cheapy that is 1lb which I don't really use but I'm thinking of investing in a 1/4lb Cross rope... Are there other more reasonably priced options that people use or...do you recommend I invest? Thanks in advance 😀

Hi all, my name is Abby, from Lancashire in the UK. I've been thinking of joining JRD for a while now and finally taken the plunge. I'm looking forward to adding some variety to my fitness routine. And being generally more accountable. I'm starting from a good place, I'm already active and don't have much weight to lose but I want to gain strength and have more fun. Nutrition will be my biggest hurdle, I'm plant based and eat super healthy but I don't think I'm balancing the macros to get the best out of my exercise. Looking forward to joining you all. X
