Hi all, I'm just getting going and loving jumping... What ropes do people use? I just have a cheap none weighted one and I have another cheapy that is 1lb which I don't really use but I'm thinking of investing in a 1/4lb Cross rope... Are there other more reasonably priced options that people use or...do you recommend I invest? Thanks in advance 😀

How exciting to be in TV 😁... I totally agree rest is such a vital part of training, it can be hard to separate rest from being lazy... I think that's a generation thing. You keep listening to your body... And take ask the rest you need xx

I'm a wine lover too and I can go for weeks without any but then once a bottle is open I feel like I need to finish it 😂 I think it's because I feel guilty drinking it so want to drink it all then start a fresh but this is such a negative approach. For me the key was to reframe my thinking to allow myself to have wine (changed my glass to a smaller one though) and just enjoying the one or two glasses instead of the whole bottle. If you enjoy wine, why not it keep it as a treat, you'll soon see results in your weight when you do cut down.

Hi all, my name is Abby, from Lancashire in the UK. I've been thinking of joining JRD for a while now and finally taken the plunge. I'm looking forward to adding some variety to my fitness routine. And being generally more accountable. I'm starting from a good place, I'm already active and don't have much weight to lose but I want to gain strength and have more fun. Nutrition will be my biggest hurdle, I'm plant based and eat super healthy but I don't think I'm balancing the macros to get the best out of my exercise. Looking forward to joining you all. X
