Got half way through month 3 week 2 of the heavy rope program and have injured my back so I'm in recovery mode now when I'm back to full strength I'll get back to doing the thing

Jump rope and dumbbell program complete today it's been a wild 3month for me I'm down 5kg and Ive definitely bulked up while doing this program I feel stronger any recommendations for the next program to try but best bit of the last 3month happened today found out I'm going to be a dad

Last day of my vacation I've been on a 7 mile walk and still got a workout in got to love being out in nature

On vacation still doing the thing got my workout in today also walked 7 mile this morning with the dog enjoying life first time I've worked out while away will definitely be doing it again tomorrow

Hi everyone I'm new here been working out with jump rope for a while I decided to take it to the next level lost 18 kg last year and really want to keep up the hard work I was always wanting to join the JRD app but never did last year so took the jump this year (no pun intended)
