I'm a bit late due to injury but I think I'm going to start this today I workout yesterday for the first time in a week and felt good

My back is healing up nicely I might be back to full strength in time for this

Got half way through month 3 week 2 of the heavy rope program and have injured my back so I'm in recovery mode now when I'm back to full strength I'll get back to doing the thing

Yeah I found it hard to keep keep that death grip on the handles found it easier with gloves on don't know if that will help
