Was so sore after this. Took 3 days off to recover. Still very sore inside left thigh. Feels like a ball inside my leg. Going to continue with Day 5 tomorrow

Wow you weren't kidding. In other news I went for a 40min walk in boots on my lunch break and I started noticing pain in the top of my right foot this afternoon. Iced it. Wondering whether to ease off for a few days and invest in better footwear for the workouts.

Will see how I go balancing around lifestyle and work. I was wondering whether to start Day 1 on Sundays but I'll try Monday to begin with.

Good advice. Still very sore from 10 mins on Tuesday. Starting the 7 day rope and dumbbell workout from Monday. Really looking forward to it
