Neil Drennan

After I completed the full 12 week programme. I decided to start all over again with a 2lb ropeless. Holy **** what a sweat. Can only introduce it sparingly I to the odd sets but what a burn, Christ on a bike! Really feel like I am conditioning my body now.

I hope I'm where you are at 57. I discovered jump rope at 50 and feel amazing in only a year. Such an amazing piece of equipment, doesn't get enough hype.

Gutted for ya mate. Back to gentle walking for a while. Also could be a great opportunity to hyper focus on nutrition instead.

Lol thanks. It's all good. I was on a downer wanting to see faster results. Also think my calorie defect needs to drop further as my metabolism gets better. Feeling so much fitter and stronger, just need to get the nutrition right. Also as I have a desk job, 30-40mins in a full day isn't enough activity so trying 15,000 steps per day as well

Morning ma dudes! Am on week 7 of the jump rope and dumbbell programme but starting to get a little frustrated. I am over 50 and my man boobs refuse to shift..I thought the push ups might start to improve their appearance but I'm not seeing any decrease in their size. Could my issue be related to hormones or a lifetime of drinking alcohol?

NEW PROGRAMME IDEA:

Hey Dan! Got a piece of equipment eyeballing me from the corner of my garage every time I jump rope...How about a jump rope and rowing workout?

Hi there, I'm Neil from Cheshire in the UK. Turned 50 last year but always been overweight most of my life whilst carrying a good 70kg of muscle. Noticed more weight gain since I switched from Warehouse Team Leader on Despatch for Bentley Motors to a Retailer Support role so was looking round for a programme to whip myself into shape. Eventually I found your YouTube channel and took a punt on your app. Using a pair of Renpho Ropless Bluetooth at the moment and also ha e a cheap weighted pair. Seeing fabulous results already only 6 weeks into the Jump rope & Dumbell Programme. Thanks for putting together the most convenient ways to workout without even leaving my house. It's been a game changer for me. Very jealous of this views you guys have though. Keep up the amazing work. Month 2 Day 5 beckons....

What an amazing workout!

Week 3. Day 3. Leg Day. Gonna DO THE THING this afternoon. Pop Quiz Hot Shot: After completing Month 1 does anyone do a rest week to recover fully before the intensity increases in Month 2?
