Just finished Week 2 Day 5 of the jump rope & dumbell programme. The 100 push ups at the end was rough but achievable. Question is, its Sunday now so do I rest tomorrow before starting upper body again or just crack on with Day 1?

Sweet baby Jesus and the orphans. Thought I would try out my 1lb rope for this. Your shoulders LIGHT UP

Was so sore after this. Took 3 days off to recover. Still very sore inside left thigh. Feels like a ball inside my leg. Going to continue with Day 5 tomorrow

Wow you weren't kidding. In other news I went for a 40min walk in boots on my lunch break and I started noticing pain in the top of my right foot this afternoon. Iced it. Wondering whether to ease off for a few days and invest in better footwear for the workouts.

2 days in to the jump rope and dumbbell workout and loving it. Taken a rest day today but still went for a 30min walk on my lunch break and an Ashtanga Yoga class tonight to stretch myself out as I am sore as all hell. Looking forward to lower body session in the morning. DO THE THING

Will see how I go balancing around lifestyle and work. I was wondering whether to start Day 1 on Sundays but I'll try Monday to begin with.
