Hi everyone. I'm Neil, 50yo guy from Cheshire in the UK. Recently bought an indoor skipping rope and been on a weight loss journey since the start of the year. Looking for more structure to what I'm doing and already seeing results just from following the nutrition calculator. Looking forward to trying a workout first thing tomorrow before work. Something 10-15mins long would be perfect. Any recommendations?

Good advice. Still very sore from 10 mins on Tuesday. Starting the 7 day rope and dumbbell workout from Monday. Really looking forward to it
