Week 1 Day 2 done!
Day 2 done! I got confused between the instructions and the video. So ended up doing squats the full 30 seconds each time lol. Still a great workout and as always, I feel amazing after.
Autumn Annihilation W1D4 Done
Did the first and last cycle with 1/2. "Not going to lie o you guys" the last one was hard.

Day 3 done! I really liked the recovery day stretching. 100 push ups were difficult though 😅
W1D5 Finished.
I thought ninjas were supposed to be stealthy... by the end I was breathing louder than a dog with asthma.
I was beginning to be proud of not having done a knee push-up in 2 months, and then this.😂
