Week 2 day 5 done done and done. Really nice week encompassing different styles. It's also a good flashback to previous programs. Mind remembers but the body forgets; that dumbell workout kicked the living s**** out of me.

W2D4 done. Love all jump days,

But its herd when the second half is heavier rope.

Once I finish this fall burnout I will give the heavy rope workout a try. Want to build endurance.

Just purchased a 2 lb for that.

Week 2 day 5 done! Had to tweak some of dumbbell exercises due to having issues with my left shoulder. I’m getting an x ray done on Saturday. Hopefully it’s not anything serious and all I need is some basic PT exercises. I’m just glad I can jump rope without issues.
