Whew! M1D1 MAX done, and marks the beginning of week 2! Loving this program, and beat numbers a bit from last week with 65 pushups, and 15s dead hangs to replace pull ups. Working on building callouses in the hopes that I can do 1 pull up by the end of month 3!

Autumn annihilation week 4 day 1 βœ… Been loving the squat workout every week. Tweaked it a bit where I get extra skips in. 4,000 total skips today plus the 165 squats. Workout time 42 min 45 sec. πŸ”₯ πŸ₯΅

Ding ding ding. Done and done. Just finished the last workout of this challenge.

It's been a great 4 weeks.

It was a nice stroll down memory endurance lane.

Definitely got my endurance up. Lost some keys but still about 12 kg from my goal.

Looking forward to the next challenge but for now I'll do the DB+KB program from the folks over at crossrope.

Week 1 Day 1 JRD Max done πŸ₯΅ That was tough! I didn't get all the push ups done during that section so I finished them off in-between the pull ups. For the pull up section itself I hung for 15-20 seconds each round. I. Am. Beat. Lol

If you can workout for 30 min today. Do it. If only 10 min. Do it. If you can’t workout go on a walk. If you can’t walk eat some fruit and drink water instead of processed food. I don’t care what you do. JUST DO SOMETHING TODAY.
