JRD Dudes (and Dudettes) were just a-JUMPIN' down the street, singin' "Do wah diddy diddy DONE diddy do"
Snappin' their fingers and shufflin' their feet, singin' "Do wah diddy diddy DONE diddy do"
THEY looked good (looked good), DAN looked fine (looked fine)
THEY JUMPED good, THEY JUMPED fine and I nearly lost my mind

Day #2 - I done did the thing πŸ‘Š
What I love about JRD's programming and jumping rope is that there's at least one workout type that'll get you.
Alternating jumping and bodyweight/resistance exercises? Easy money.
Anything with double unders or LONG sets (1-2 min+)? As we say in Minnesota, "Oofda!"

Day #1 in the books with some resistance band subs for variety. Onto Day #2 after a long ruck with the dogs.

I'm on the swole and not DB program. That said, mod away. So long as you're hitting the same muscle group/rep range, you're good to go. People in the KB world would argue those movements are better than iso ones anyway.

In the winter here in MN, I'm inside using resistance bands and bodyweight exercises as I got through the Swole Samurai.
