The key is consistency that means if you do too much in the beginning you may stop before the program is complete. 🙄 Go slowly and be patient. 💪 Your body needs time and soon you will see the benefits. 👍 Important for losing weight ... stay in a healthy deficit.

13 push ups and 2 pull ups are a lot 🥰 and it is space to improve. 👍 Nice that you are doing it.
