Hi Aletta I think general structure is similar. As always some pro and cons. Dumbell it’s easy to scale. Bodyweight gives you more freedom and functional . I took jrd max as also Dan is speaking during all workout and in month threes are double unders workout . What I miss till now is 4K jump rope

I think such program easy to scale. You can repeat with higher weights.
