Luca yes I think mobility and stretching. To be honest I also postpone it so often but 1,2 times per week must be. Please think about compression socs and roller, gun. These help me a lot

How are you gripping? My feeling is you skin adjust soon don’t worry . I have the same sensitive skin . I have terrible problem with pull up in the past . With skipping only on the beginning now ok . I am using amp handles what are you using
