05022024 Month 2 dumbell program - cardio workout done . 4000 jumps done in rush mat (new for me), yaoyao app ( very accurate ) and jdu rope. Jdu give me the best respond till now and ...almost now mess during 30 minutes. Maybe lengt of crossrope is not optimal .

Supplementation my thoughts. Ive experiment last time and …. Set some raw indgredients. If you have your favorite please share

Cardio / strength dumbell preworkout ingredients : eaa ( wide amonioacid profile and I think regeneration better), msm plus collagen ( maybe placebo but I feel less joint pain after workout ) , creatine ( strength) , beta alanine ( endurance ) , optional coffee ristretto.
Better buy alone and mix as you wish
