Finished week 1 of the Heavy Ropes Programme - hardest I've trained for a long time. Also I've enjoyed this as much as I did the JRD90 years ago. Thanks to Dan for the motivation.

Heading off to Barbados on Wed for 3 weeks holiday. Taking my get lean set - I see my main challenge as coping with the heat and humidity as I'm used to training in the NE of England which is synonymous with the cold. Going to stick to the PPJ plan and see how it goes!

I'm loving the Power Plyo Workouts. Challenging week - those shorter tabata style routines are harder than they look! Have a great weekend all and bring on week 4.
