Summer Shred Week 1 Day 3 done!
Today is birthday number 40 for me. Didn’t expect I’d be doing this one on my 40th birthday 🥳
I also did this one fasted so that I have an empty stomach to enjoy piling up for the rest of the day! 😄

I have taken to adding 10 minutes to end of every workout session to do Brandon's 10-minute Yoga videos. I find the older I get, the more I have to do "recovery/stretching" workouts if I want to keep the "5 day a week" pace of JRD workouts
