Week 9 in the books, thanks mate 🤩 I will enjoy the next 3 as well and looking foreward to my XC-skiing season. It'll be fun to start in November in the shape I'll be by then.

Same for me, I'm tracking with a Garmin EpixGen2 with the Jump Rope activity. It looks like CR connected handles count more as they know what rope you use. I always use half pounder instead of the quarter but my Garmin seems just to calculate the intensity of the heartbeat. I don't care much of the calorie burn, my weight drops 1kg a week so far, that's fine for me 😉
