For the ones who use a Garmin Watch to track their jump rope activity. My Epix2 got an update yesterday evening and I checked for new functions. There is finally a new activity for jump rope.

Thanks to Dan's #JRD Rope & Dumbbells I improved my fitness and managed to finish more than 700 positions to last year. Not even the harsh conditions could stop me, but it was a tough one this year!

Unfortunately, I tore off a piece of my nail while wearing flip-flops a week ago 😬 The toe is extremely sensitive to pain at this point and unfortunately I can't jump, don't even know will I be able to wear a pair of shoes to fly back home or do I still need to wear flip-flops.

I'll spare you the picture of the toe, I'm sure you can imagine how it looks like!

In the pic is with my best workout mate Hatari here in Thailand, I'm done, but he told me he does a few more rounds 🤣

Didn't really felt to do the thing, but pushed me this morning to do it with already 28°C around 8am 😃

It's still hard for me to work in this heat 🇹🇭 but it makes me feel good 😁
