Michał Tyburczy I was not able to jump for about 3 weeks after killing my big toe, hence the protection now.

I’m as close as I can be to barefoot in my 5 finger shoes. They are ultra lightweight with a sole of only 4-5 mm. Since I have cracked a toe jumping totally barefoot I use the five fingers to protect my toes from rope damage! I have several pairs and they are all I ever wear.

You are doing awesome Victor! In fact I’m amazed that you do so well with such a long rope. You might want to try putting a couple knots in the rope to shorten it and see how you like it. It will be much more efficient and take you to another level. My humble thoughts. Great job!

Good stuff doing the thing. My warmup yesterday was snow shoveling but we only got 6 “. 😂

Natalie, it just takes time. You are using the proper grip so just take it slow and the skin on your thumbs will work it out. Maybe just a couple of short jumps a week and gradually increase until it no longer hurts. It won’t take that long! 💪🏼

For as long as it is effective, hopefully many, many years! There’s no cure for osteoarthritis, only pain management.
