Great WOD again today. To get my min 2000 jumps in I simply did the first 10 min set of jumping twice! Also subโ€™d jump squats for jumping lunges โ€ฆ.. old knees. ๐Ÿ˜…

Wow, another fun ladder but much harder with ยฝ lb. Did the jump rounding up to 3000 today for fun. Was happy to see that my HR recovered from 162 to 110 in 1 min! Pretty good for a JRoD!๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

Wish I could say that I love those DUs but Iโ€™m ngl, I donโ€™t! But Iโ€™m trying them and I am improving, some. At least I can do them now! ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Had to skip (pun intended) a day yesterday โ€ฆ. got a bit of a cold going on. But completed Day 5 just now using my 6 oz rope and rounded my jumps off to 2000. I think that my goal this month will be a min of 2000 jumps each work out day. Have a great one!

Thanks for the great suggestion Doug, I did the same WOD. Some push-ups and DUs were exactly what weโ€™re needed today! Have a great one all!

Day 3 was sleighed today! I was so glad that my body remembered how to do chin ups!! Iโ€™m ngl, it was tough and I had to get my assistant out for the last 10 chin ups but I got all 50 done in the prescribed time. This is fun! Bring on day 4!

Almost forgot how much fun ladders can be! ๐Ÿ˜…๐ŸชœThe neat thing is that I was reminded about my second wind, which came on the final ยฝ lb ladder. Love doing the thing!

On the final legs of the second round of Power Plyo. Finished W4D3 today using my 3 oz rope and AMP handles. Live using the AMPs when I can cause they give so much added benefit. I get to see my pace and can therefore keep it consistent. Another bene is that I am always forced at the end of a workout to end on a nice round number of jumps. Yesterday I did an extra 200 jumps to get an even 1000 and today I did an extra 350 to get an even 2000. Who knows, maybe Iโ€™ll seen want to make it an interval of 5000!! ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜…Do the thing and have a great day!
