Great burner today, even with Dan’s confusion …… he kept telling me to use the 1/4 lb rope but I knew I needed the ½ lb. 😂. Can’t wait to see what the next HIIT will be. Have a great day doing the thing!

Surprising how big a difference 5 more push-ups in a rep can make! In the end I had to fall back on knee push-ups but on the positive side, I did almost all of the jumping with the ½ lb rope. Have a great day and do the thing!

Well at least today was less cruel that W2-5! I didn’t have to sub out any ropes today but what a workout! I’m still in awe that I can skip that much! And some other news for a Monday ; my wife has decided to do the 7 day free beginner course. I might have to start sharing my ropes!

I really like these HITTs. Using my smart watch, I can really see how my heart beat and calories burned gradually climb until in the last set my heart rate is up to about 150 bpm. It’s also fascinating to watch it fall 20-30 bpm during the rest period. What always starts out as a seemingly simple WOD always turns out into being a great workout. And just to add that little bit more, I used my 9 oz LE rope instead of the 8 oz. 😁 Have a great day doing the thing!

Went out for a nice walk in their forest this morning to enjoy the fall colours. Gorgeous! Then I can home for my WOD. I think it’s time for a bit of a rest now! Enjoy the day everyone!

Goo thing that workout was a hard one today! I can eat all the turkey I want now.

As many do, I modified todays WOD. I did the first 2 sets Rx but for the last set, I used the following combinations of ropes: 1lb/2lb (twice), then 3/4lb/1.5lb, and the last one was 1/2lb/1lb. Have a great day all!

Did some freestyle jumps today using all of my beautiful ropes. The sweat pours and the heart nears exploding with the 2 and 3 lb ropes! Have a great weekend all!

Once again I’m wiped from these (what still seem like to me 😂) marathon jump days! But I’m getting better and seeing improvements so I’m going to Keep Doing the Thing! Have a great weekend and Happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian friends! 🦃

What a doozy! But I got er done with a few mods. I used a 1lb rope for the first exercise, I did air squats whenever squats were called for, and I did five burpees each time so that I could make it to round 5! Now for a short weight training set! Have a great day all!
