ππ it always kills m when Dan calls the final 4 X 1 min jump sets a cool down! This is when I get my highest maintained speeds going and my cardio is the highest. Today it was up to 163 bpm and I did 2052 jumps with 3 extra 1 min sets. Used 6 oz and 12.5 lbs.
