πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…it always kills m when Dan calls the final 4 X 1 min jump sets a cool down! This is when I get my highest maintained speeds going and my cardio is the highest. Today it was up to 163 bpm and I did 2052 jumps with 3 extra 1 min sets. Used 6 oz and 12.5 lbs.

Only had to do 150 jumps after the WOD to make my 3000 jump goal for these cardio days. I’m loving this!

DB Week 2 is off to a great start. Today I used 12.5 lb DB and my 6 oz rope. Ended up doing an extra round so that I could make my 2000 min jumps. Have a great day all!

First off, I use my AMP handles so I can get a real count. After I have done the workout of the day I see how many more I need to do to reach my goal and finish them off as a tabata, ie I jump 20 sec and rest 10 until I’m done. Hope this helps. 😁
