I’m all done with week 1 of the DBJR program. What a great week of exercise and I look forward to seeing my progression with these exercises of the month. Also was able to keep up with my personal challenge of at least 2000 jumps each workout day. Have a great weekend everyone!

I’ve never yet gotten a too intense warning. Is that from Apple Health? That’s what I use.

What a great cardio day! I’m ngl though, endurance and DUs are still not my favourites. But you can see here that I spent almost 27 minutes in zones 4 and 5. To me that’s an awesome burn. Have a great day everyone!

I think that the 10 lbs are perfect for me right now. 15’s are too heavy right now for me to complete everything but I’m thinking that in the next week or two I will move up to 12.5 lbs, if I can find them!

Day 3 of DBJR is done! Nice wod using the 10 lb db and 6 oz JR. Had to do an extra 2 min of jumping at the end to reach my min of 2000 jumps/day. And Dan, I love that you talk throughout the wod and the fact that your videos are “real”. Keep doing the thing my man! Have a great day everyone!

Btw, I’m using 10 lb and that was perfect to make it to the end without sacrificing (much) form or reps.
