M2/w2/d2: 20 minutes of actual jumping (45 second average: about same rest in between ); 2500 jumps.

Today it was an incredibly cold, 51° in Los Angeles so going outside and doing the thing just wasn’t realistic
Instead, I did the peloton for an hour and then tried out my ropeless half pound “ropes”. A very different experience than using the half pound rope “rope” Not surprisingly, feet moved faster. They’ll take some getting used to for a fitness center that has low ceilings or when LA has another cold snap.
