So I had to takeoff a couple of weeks because I developed a case of plantar fasciitis. When I learned from it was the following:
Wear shoes with good support. I had worn down sneakers and didn’t have proper arch support. I fix that with orthotics.I bought orthotics that had extra padding in the front. That extra support also made me feel the difference between bouncing on my toes and bouncing on the balls of my feet. I recommend the balls of the feet approach.
I also found that stretching is really important both before during and after. I really wasn’t doing any of that and I think that they have contributed to my problem. Anyway, I’m back in the game and look forward to reading responses to see if people have had similar problems and similar fixes.

I finished month three week three and moved on to month three week four day one of the dumbbells program. I upped my curls and presses to 20 pounds but left the arm raises to 15 pounds because my shoulder didn’t feel up to it.
