Not sure of the anatomy issue. I read that intense pressure on toes/ball of foot can trigger the heel pain. The stretch is to put front of foot on vertical of wall with heel on ground. Other foot slightly behind. The lean whole body towards wall. You’ll feel stretch in calf but it’s all connected

Did day 2. 3075 junps

Just finished day one. Getting up and down from the push-up position and the plank position in 10 seconds is half the work out for me
