So here’s some information that might be useful to everyone. The podiatrist said that the gout may have been triggered by the more intensive workout (I normally do about 2500 jumps per day every day and Thursday session of all 4000) he suggested that maybe I break up the session so that the impact on my foot is lessened.

In addition, due to a motorcycle accident along time ago, my left leg is slightly shorter than my right leg and he said that the result is that I probably lean to my left to make up for a slight difference. He didn’t really have a suggestion for that other than a better shoe orthotic, and by the way, it turns out that he also jumps up for part of his exercise program
