Done the thing. 5,500 skips. 3,300 with the quarter, 1,100 with the half, 1,100 with the one-pounder plus abs. Will go for a long walk after lunch since the weather is perfect. Let’s goooooo. 😃😃

Unless someone else has found a workaround, which is possible, you have to use the AMP handles on one device and the JRD app on another. So if I'm at home, I run the JRD workout on a laptop and connect my AMP to my phone. But if you're in the park or something, that's not workable and so I just choose one or the other.

Just did it! Have also been managing to walk or run at least 4 miles in the afternoons while work has been a little slower than usual. Feeling good!

What Kari said! I used to struggle to do sets longer than 30 seconds with the 1/2-pounder. Just keep trying and you’ll improve a tiny bit every time. 😃😃

I jump in the park all the time and find it’s really fun. Just find a spot you like and don’t worry about anyone else! I’ve found mostly people will come ask about it bc it looks fun but no one is judging your skills!
