Holy moly I love this workout!!!!! Burpees into DUs is cruel but I crushed it. 5 burpees into 35 DUs each circuit. Hell yeah! πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ❀️❀️

Good job, David. And yes, whenever I do intense leg workouts, the soreness lasts a long time. But mostly it's a "hurt so good" kind of situation, so I'm good with it! : )Β
