I always tell myself that you don't achieve goals by NOT doing stuff. So try to do the thing! But on the flipside, if you don't work out for a stint because you're busy or unmotivated, don't let it screw you up. Everything in the past is the past, and tomorrow is a new chance to do what you want to do, right? So focus on that. until it becomes a habit you look forward to every day. My two cents!

I weigh myself every morning when I wake up and I find that my weight ping-pongs up and down quite a bit, but the range tends to go down steadily if that makes sense? Right now the lowest I had was 170, but the other day I was 174 for seemingly no reason. But I'm mostly around 171 and 172 but now that will start to go down until I'm mostly 170 or 171 with the random 173 or 169 day, if that makes sense. So I try not to sweat the days when I'm weighing in heavy if I'm still doing my thing, and then I use the low weigh as a new benchmark. But yeah...it used to piss me off royally when I'd have a heavy weigh-in. Gotta shrug it off!
