Thanks, Joe. Thought of you feeling similarly during your post-covid comeback! Just ran three miles on the treadmill to see how it’d go and felt great. Chest finally clear and antibiotics finished so…will ease into my comeback this week!

My goals are simple: Get stronger, leaner and meaner! I've been finding that all the JRD workouts have been helping my running as well, as I've gotten faster effortlessly, and I want to continue on that path as well with the goal of perhaps doing some races this coming spring and crushing my new over-50 age group. : )

I often make faro with chicken sausage, red pepper, mushrooms, spinach and shallots and get three or four meals out if it. Filling and delicious and nutritious! 🤪🤪

You will get better fast. Sounds like you are doing it just right. Do what you can and you’ll be able to do more and more gradually. Just “be where you are,” as they say! 👍🏻👍🏻
