Thanks, Steve. Yeah--I think I just need a re-set. I took today off as my achilles was hurting again, and my rhythms this week have been off. Just pushing the re-set button on that, on sleep, on food, etc. Not punishing myself as I've been doing so great. It's just a little blip.

Beautiful! Leaves are definitely peaking here in Vermont. I’ll post some pics in the next day or two as well! Annoying that I just sit at a desk all day long so I’m not enjoying it. Such is life I guess.
