Icing it when I can, taking some Aleve, that’s about it. These workouts don’t seem to aggravate it. But when I’m in nyc I run a mile to the park and back plus I’m walking everywhere and that seems to be the issue. I’ll stop the running for sure!

I spend about a week per month in nyc where I’ve lived for 30 years before covid. Now I spend the rest of my time in Vermont but am enjoying nyc again. Where do you live?

Agree with TJ. Whenever my head starts to make an excuse I just shut it down and go start the workout before I can talk myself out if it. 30 minutes of our day. That’s it. You can do it!

Definitely anything with the heavier ropes or tons of upper body stuff. I used to die doing burpees, mountain climbers, jump squats and jumping lunges but my endurance finally caught up. So it’s the strength for me!

It stands for “every minute on the minute.” It’s a repeated cycle of exercises you repeat every minute which sounds sorta fun.
