Yes but I can still only do 2 pull-ups haha. We are all improving every day!

Two things that may not be helpful at all, but just in case: When I used to distance run and I'd get new shoes, sometimes the top of my feet would hurt and it would simply be because my shoes were laced too tight. The second thing is that I found that when struggling to learn the DUs last month that I was landing hard on my feet and it caused some pain. Now that I can actually do them, it's mostly better. I doubt this one is your problem bc you were crushing the DUs! But maybe try loosening your laces?

Kevin--I'm with you! I saw someone yesterday I hadn't seen for a few months and she immediately commented on how much weight I'd lost and how lean I looked and wanted to know how I did it. Congrats on your progress! I am also going to a reunion in LA next weekend and for once I will be excited to take off my shirt at the beach and not worried about sucking in my gut the whole time. All thanks to JRD workouts!
I’m also doing negative pull-ups. We will eventually get it. Stick with it and we will do what we can and we will improve!!

If this month is anything like last month, the workouts will be repeated multiple times per week on purpose as a progression.
