My arms and back are still crushed from all the pull-ups I did on Monday, so I've been waiting to do the JRD Max workout with all the chin-ups until I'm not so sore. Got over 6,000 skips in this morning though, so I'm not just doing nothing! Let's get it!

Continuing with JRD Max. All cardio with Dan. Did a little extra at the end to get to 4,000 skips. Crazy sore upper body from yesterday!! πͺπͺ

Restarted JRD Max this morning. Did all reverse pull-ups but tried to really go down slow and all the way down. Determined to improve on pull-ups! As Dan says, the way to get good at pull-ups isβ¦to do pull-ups! ππ

Challenge complete! Push-ups into jumping lunges was toughest part but pushed myself to go hard. Looking to make gains not just survive haha. Congrats, everyone! Considering doing either JRD Max or dumbbells again next. Or maybe swole sammy since Iβve not done that yet. β€οΈππͺβπ»
