Was in Vegas for a week being a degenerate and only exercised once. Honestly my body needed a break and now I’m back, refreshed, hitting it hard, and ready for summer shred! Bring it! ❤️🤓💪✌🏻

Not my finest workout today but got it done. Beautiful morning here in Brooklyn. Happy Saturday, friends!

With only three more minute-long sets left to go with Dan, I started to feel some real discomfort on the bottom of my left foot. Enough so to stop because I was afraid of doing something bad to my foot. Feels fine when I walk, so I don’t think it’s anything serious, but maybe tomorrow no jumping! Still got 3,300 skips in!

Been working on being able to do longer sets with the half-pound rope. I can jump with the quarter-pound basically forever. But there are a few workouts I’ve been trying with really extended half-pound sets and it’s just a killer. So of course now I’m stubborn and will keep doing it till I can do it better. Love a challenge!

Ran a crazy hilly 4- mile run on a beautiful morning for my “off” day. Back to jumping and dumbbells tomorrow! Happy Saturday, gang.

Been overdoing it a bit. The Crossrope leaderboards have made me get crazy competitive and I’m already at over 117,000 skips for May. I’m still loving my second time through the dumbbell program with Dan. Feeling stronger every day! ♥️💪🤓

I've been doing this a long time now, but occasionally I still get that feeling like I've busted through a hurdle that's been holding me back and am suddenly I'm making great progress again. This is one of those times. I'm feeling strong and ready for anything. Maybe it's the springtime? But my advice to anyone struggling: Just keep doing the best you can do, and one day you'll be like, "Haha, remember when I used to think that was hard?" Just keep at it, peeps!
