Last full day in Florida but knock wood I have the day free to spend it mostly on the beach. 4,000 skips plus 80 push-ups this morning. Next week I’ll start month 3 of the dumbbell program. ❤️💪💪

Making up my own workouts this week. 5,000 skips plus 100 push-ups. Felt great!

Early morning steamy run followed by a cool down walk on the beach. Started in the dark which always makes you feel kind of bad-ass. Have a great day, everyone.

Jumping on the parking garage roof in Florida at the asscrack of dawn. Channeling the old days of the JRD videos where they were always jumping in parking lots or on tennis courts except for I kept my shirt on lol. ❤️😃😅

Suddenly in Florida due to a family member in the hospital. Brought my rope but instead decided to run along this causeway. Ocean is across the street. So that’s something! Not used to these warm temps though! 😅😅😅

Took a whopping four days off because basically everything hurt lol. Foot, hip, pulled something in my side…obviously had been overdoing it! Tested things out today by doing 4,000 skips on my sunny Brooklyn rooftop. Wanted to see if I could do it in less than 30 minutes, which I missed but only by a few seconds. Felt good!
